Hi, I’m Haille! I’m a brand and web designer, community builder, and someone who deeply believes in living and creating in ways that feel intentional, expressive, and true.
I’m the founder of Comet Collective, a community rooted in inner exploration, creative expression, holistic connection, and supported growth. Through gatherings, workshops, and shared experiences, Comet Collective creates space for curious, open-minded humans to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and grow in community.
I’m also the founder of Haille Norris Design Co., where I support conscious entrepreneurs, creatives, and purpose-driven businesses through soulful brand identity and website design. My work blends strategy and intuition, helping people build brands that feel like a true reflection of who they are, while also looking professional, cohesive, and beautiful. I work with clients locally in Columbia, Missouri and remotely, offering brand strategy, visual identity design, website design, and immersive brand experiences.
At the heart of everything I do is a love for helping people uncover their essence and bring it into form. I’m known for seeing potential, asking thoughtful questions, and holding space that feels both supportive and grounding, whether I’m designing a brand, leading a program, or hosting a gathering.
